RAM X-Grip with RAM EZ-On/Off Base Phone Kit

The RAP-274-1-UN7U consists of RAMEZ-ON/OFF dual strap base and the popular spring-loaded RAM X-Grip phone holder, featuring an 'X' design that expands and contracts to provide a perfect fit for your device – even if it's in a case.

No matter where your adventure takes you, it is highly likely that your smartphone is within hands reach. For the outdoor biking enthusiast, the RAM Universal Bike Mount is the most complete mounting solution for attaching a smartphone to your bike. Compatible with most standard sized smartphones, the X-Grip cradle has a clean and clever four leg design that sports great holding power, but also allows for easy insertion or release of your phone.

Designed to fit most common handlebar sizes, the included base uses common cable ties to attach to a variety of handlebar diameters.

Made of high strength composite, it is light weight too. Adjustable to allow for the best viewing angle, this product is perfect for any cyclist or open trail adventurer.

The X-Grip holder is compatible with handheld devices that will fit the dimensions listed below.

It is important to verify the dimensions of your handheld device with a case/sleeve/skin when determining the overall size.

Cradle Dimensions:
Maximum Width = 82mm (3.25”)
Minimum Width = 48mm (1.875”)
Depth = 22mm (0.875”)

Clamping Range (Rails):
The cable ties will attach to rails, from a minimum of 12.5mm (0.5") in diameter.

Included is a 12 degree tapered shaft for tapered handlebars. Overall length of each cable tie is approximately 180mm (7").

Warranty

RAM Limited Lifetime Warranty

Warranty covers the mount or its components only. The mounted device is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty and will not be replaced if damaged as a result of mount failure.

This warranty is expressly limited to the persons in the United States, and all foreign countries who purchase RAM for resale or use in the ordinary course of the buyer's business.

This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been abused, worn out, heated, ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use.

In the unlikely situation that a RAM Mounts product fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange the approved return of the item at your cost.

We will evaluate the issue and either –
1. Repair the item and ship it back to you at our cost
2. Replace the item with an equivalent product and ship it back to you at our cost

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
